***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Yeah it's a bit of a catch-22 for the Devs. they can't make weapons sets that are tailored to either cruisers or escorts, otherwise the set will be useless on the other.

On 21 may 2013, the lag in Star Trek online transcended EPIC! to become near complete Temporal Stasis.
Do not panic. The time distortion effect should end soon.

I believe you can have a max of 4.

*whistles* dang that is deadly ....so it finally gives us a reason to use the borg tractor beam huh?......if only they lowered the cooldown to like 1:30 or 2 mins.....not 4 like it is...

Can you explain what the "toggle 4 max" means then? Is it related to the way it does damage in 4 pulses, or a max buff count or something?

please note some of the numbers at eh bottom are related to other set effects and not from the weap. Mainly Tet glider.

I heard from a dev that this would be something a torp boat captain would definately want... Can it be used in the Enhanced Battle Cloak mode?

I have so much to do on holodeck not enough time to go through the rep system to tiers 3 - 5 to pick these up.
