At least for now, probably something to do with it being the Steamrunner class after all. On the other paw, $10 for a single ship (like you need the Tier 1 ship or the Mk 2 gear and BOffs) for veterans. Good for new players and it's an account unlock too.

go to your Library in steam and open the view CD keys tab of STO and copy it then go to you account on the STO website and click the redeem key link paste the key click submit key and enjoy your steamrunner

BAH...the true steam runner class would have a tricobalt torp and a phaser beam array

$10 is too pricy for 2 ships imo...especially with it being a steam exclusive...for now

LOL, my first impulse when I saw this was to make a Tricobalt torpedo boat in honor of how I used to have them pummel starbases in Armada 2.

You're joking right? $10 is half the price of even the "cheap" VA ships. This is a juggernaut of value. When the price goes up to the full $25, that's different.

yep. dual a2b, just like i use on my bug (at least in good team pvp and pve). stf or pug pvp, gotta have that sci lt.

same shield and hull as the bug, too. just 5 less turn, but with an sci console in place of the 5th tac. not a bad ship at all....
