There's no response or feedback from PWE/Cryptic in any form regarding 30 pages of concerns, obviously people are going to be frustrated. Really unfortunate that the "Iron Curtain" has been raised regarding the issues at hand.

They never comment about anything negative regarding STO,so no surprise at all from the current playerbase
As much as the devs would get their behinds handed to them over anything negative, can you blame them for not posting?
Besides, they do have their duties to tend to besides giving a largely noncommital response on the forums.
Unfortunately in a large company, staff doesn't spend their time defending EVERY decision on EVERY thread concerning such.
If they spent their time arguing about why they made their decisions, and then over every counter-point someone raised, they would spend more time arguing over crap and less time actually....developing content.
