I'm a bit confused about source of this ship. On wiki is optain source from "Gamma Quadrant Duty Officer Cadre" but just on June 7 - 21 2012 and second source is "Reinforcements Duty Officer Pack" but only on November 1 -21 2012. If I know correctly, actual is no source of drop of this ship or where ?

As it stands (at the time of writing this at least) it comes as a random chance prize from opening a reinforcements duty officer pack from the C-Store or exchange.

You already mentioned the Gamma Quadrant Cadre, the bug ship was added to it as a prize before they were discontinued like the current reinforcements duty officer pack will be in a week or so.

The bug ship first made its appearance as a chance prize in a red gift box that players could buy last December from the C-store or they could win a red gift box during the then Winter Wonderland event, it required no key to open.

So there you have it, a brief history lesson.
