I am trying to find the information but somehow can't find it anywhere yet.

I just got my tier 1 reputation with Task Force Omega, 5620 reputation to be precise, but yet, the store does not open up and I can't chosse the passive ability that comes with it or anything else for that matter.

And I just can't figure why this is. Anyone here can enlighten me please?

You need to run the Tier 1 Upgrade project to claim the power and the store requires store unlock projects to be usable.
