I have been finding since the beginning of S7 that when I try to make screenshots using the prt sc button. I find myself... not getting it. When I do ctrl+V into a photoshop program I get a blank, black canvas. Any solutions?

If you happen to be playing STO through Steam, you can use the <F12> key for screen captures. I have successfully used that method since the release of Season 7.

I also just tested my <Print Screen> button (with and without <Alt>) on my Win 7 system, and it is working for me with MS Paint.

Have you tried other Image Processing tools?

Also, I'm playing in Windowed mode. Maybe give that a try?
