***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

They should just dump the Vault down there, since the Tholian's are giving it so much unwanted attention

The Reman part? You mean the underground right? The NPC near the entrance to the underground Reman part of New Romulus said that area would be available once a player reaches tier 5 of the Romulan reputation system, so that should only be a few weeks away at most.

I think the OP is referring to the Lower Levels of the City, which is where the Remans will be living once the city is complete.
