"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Strangely, clicking off shadow occlusion or whatever seemed to give me like 30 fps without much of a visual difference at all.. more than playable now, but I suspect they really messed something up graphically in S7... don't have a clue how.
I'm told this is an old problem with the STO engine that can be fixed by either rolling back to very old drivers, or changing the pre-rendered frames setting to 0, which you can't do in the new drivers anymore.
Is there another fix/workaround? I tried setting it to 1 but it hasn't helped all that much if at all.
