The science officer ground ability "Tachyon Harmonics" isn't working correctly. When activated with a biochemist duty officer on active duty, the enemy will gain the biochemist debuff, but half the time the ability will not drain any shield power. Also, when used in shooter mode the ability now fires off to the far left of the screen, rather than directly in front of the player, making it very difficult to use in shooter mode.

Any comments here? The most effective offensive science officer ability is currently useless because of this bug.

Regarding the lack of shield drain:
And I also can confirm the messed up firing direction if used in shooter mode, it fires to the side, not sure if this is only an animation issue since the lack of shield drain makes it really hard to see if you even hit something.
