I always referred to it as Gilligan's Island, "No Starships, No Shuttlepods, not a single Ferengi".


If Risa was to get an honest revamp, I could easily see them making the cliff-side resort from Enterprise. In one hut you have your private quarters (in it's own instance), and you have other Starship Captains (with their own tales, perhaps some connected to the Foundry). As you travel to another, you might start seeing more unscruplous types like Ferengi businessmen who are haggling, then at the far side, you start getting to dangerous parts of the resort where you start running into dangerous criminal elements.

Along the beach, of course you got the beach with its tourists and Risan offering their services. And nearby you got the dance hall (that we saw Worf and Jadzia hide during the terrorist "assault").

Maybe.. unlockable beach resort fleet holdings?

Things to unlock:

1. Bar/Restaurant area with skimpy dressed waiters/waitresses (for us guys ) and musclemen (for you girl players)

2. Massage areas: You get buffs after you finish massage sessions (+health, +regen, etc)

3. Beach outfits (let your imagination run wild here )

4. Casino (well can just be dabo)

Whatever you do with Risa.... add swimming tech even if it only works for just that zone and a better underwater view.

I'd rather Risa was another social adventure zone like New Romulus, where instead of earning reputation towards gear and powers, you get off-duty costume unlocks and access to fun non-combat PvP mini-games.

Risa should be like a sunny, sandy beach version of Q's Winter Wonderland.

Yes, yes, YES!!! I like all these things! And if we get swimming tech, we could finally have Zero-G tech too!!!

Yes! It can be a Development/Trade focused outpost. And we have to get some Horga'hns!

Maybe the KDF can get some training center in a wild jungle as their version.

the next fleet holding should be an advanced outpost in undine space, that will be cool

Risa should of been the dead or alive Xtreme beach vollyball of the star trek Universe.



if you have not played the game it is a bunch mini games and you buy swimsuits with the points you get from playing the mini games.

At least it's in the game - in the book-timeline (Destiny series) Risa was obliterated by the Borg.
