My last purchase of zen at the end of september netted me 2300 zen for 18 euros. You cannot even make up this amount now suggesting the prices have recently been changed.

I agree, I mean we get Euro over here because we're part of Europe, but I live in Scotland in the UK and we don't even use the Euro, so why not just list prices in Dollars and let us chose the method of payment we want to convert that with.

Yeah they have, and funnily enough, no body from Cryptic of PWE are acknowledging this change, or stating the reasons as to why Europeans are now being charged such different prices.

I've started threads on these forums and contacted the PWE billing support directly, to no avail.

No doubt if they do get back to us, it'll be after the 15% off ends. They know how to turn loyal customers against them.

Can someone outline how you use steam to buy Zen? For the life of me, I can't figure out where how to buy it through them.

You open up the Zstore in game and click on 'buy zen'. Provided you've launched the game with Steam, the Steam wallet should be an option in there.

Though be wary, the last time I looked at buying them that way, they don't get the bonuses and they cost more.

Ah... well, Cryptic talking me out of paying them money by charging more through steam. Thanks for the warning.
