"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Hello everyone. I've got a question about deleting all the ingame mail. I've heard that the mailboxes are shared and you can actually delete all the ingame mail by clearing it in the forums. Would you mind to explain how is it working? I've clicked the "clear inbox" folder (although I had no forum mail) and nothing happened. I was still logged in. Than I've logged out and clicked the "clear inbox" again. And logged back in - the mail was there. I've tried to quit the game completely and click the "clear inbox", and than the weirdest thing happened. I'm getting stuck on the pre-launcher window while trying to get back in. Anyone experienced anything like this before? My inner voices are telling me that's not going the way it should go. Any advice is welcome.
