In the 22nd Century each ship or assignment had their own assignment patch. During Enterprise episodes you could see starfleet personnel on earth wearing this patch. I can understand why the TOS uniforms don't get their starfleet command patch (It's a bit silly looking), but the 22nd century version is pretty cool in my opinion. It would be nice to have a general starfleet patch rather than a super-specific ship assignment patch.
To clarify: I'm asking for the 22nd Century Earth Starfleet Assignment Patch for use with the Enterprise-Era uniform pack.
By the 2270s, assignment patches were phased out, in favor of a metallic pin of a single design, formerly used as the assignment patch of the USS Enterprise, now used to represent all of Federation Starfleet. (TOS movie: Star Trek: The Motion Picture, et.al.)

Okay,
Just for a moment we'll assume you didn't watch enough of Star Trek: Enterprise or even any of it for a moment.
The entire reason for the NX mission patch is very simply this, You had The U.S.S. Enterprise and the U.S.S. Columbia. No Federation of Planets yet, No giant Star Fleet Fleet of ships, just two ships. Now granted there were more in production but they we all NX class. All other Vessels in usage were civilian vessels or limited to near sol system and there for had no actual missions to warrant patches.
Star Fleet relied on Civilian cargo vessels at that time so they wouldn't have had any type of unifying patch either.
You could however modify your fleet patch (if you're in a fleet and you're owner or otherwise allowed to) to create a pretty convincing mission patch for your 22nd century uniform.

I understand that up to the 2270s each ship had their own assignment patch. However, it bothers be a little bit to see my crew wearing another ships mission patch. We obviously can't make our own, so I was hoping to use the contemporary earth starfleet patch.
