Its not a bug as such, when you first open up the ship selector window it shows the miranda which is 8000 dill, then when you jump to a new category such as vice admiral, it will show a c-store ship but will still show the miranda's price, clicking on a c-store ship will then show the correct price, its just the system lagging a bit, hope this helps.
It appears that the cost field in the ship vendor window only updates when the selection in the filtered list changes. Because the "Other" category only has 1 entry, you can't change the selection to refresh this list, and it'll just display the cost of whatever else was last selected before you uncheck all the other filters, if the previous selection was the first in its list.
I find it sometimes does this in the same way that the r&d window when the description doesn't change when you go to another item. Closing and re-opening the window seems to fix it.
