This solves the issues of tying up the slots and reduces the need for all the scrolling. Honestly, all the UI menus in this game are becoming endless scrolling list. The Exchange, DOFF manifest etc... What we need are far more sub-menus, collapsible menus, and much better organization.
That would be nice.

(Now, I HOPE it's accurate, as it was the patch notes stating this was fixed back on 11/21/12 that expanded the situation of Fleets running this particular Starbase Project - fingers crossed.)

This patch is in the running for Patch of the Year. And with winter wonderland coming, and a cool new CG sci destroyer, f-yeah!

Its like Cryptic just grew a brain or something.

Argh, what about that damned Fermion Transceiver console fix? The bug is old as vesta itself and still no sign of fix on the horizon...

Same... it gets pretty annoying as sci captain, it was one of the most usefull skill you can have in pve and its broken... and that for 2 patches already.
