So I'm having trouble with an assignment I tried to start in the Romulan Reputation System. I am trying to make the scorpion fighters and it says that I need a Rare Blue Hangar - Peregrine Fighter. I have one that came with my Armitage Tac Carrier but I can't use it. Where can I get a Rare Blue Hangar - Peregrine Fighter to start the Scorpion Fighter assignment?
