# 1 Possible new set (Request)

I was thinking recently (and playing FF7) and I was thinking of a possible new set that could be created.

PSG (Insert appropriate name here)
Low cap (Perhaps 250)
High regen (10% per second with full regen after 2 or 3 seconds of non-combat)
+5 all dmg resists
High disable resist (25-50%)
High dodge chance (25-50%)
Stealth bonus (25%?)

Armour (More like a thinner version of the new winter jackets than armour) (Insert appropriate name here)
Low/med dmg resists
+10-25 all dmg resists
High dodge chance (25-50%)
Stealth bonus (25%?)

Weapons
Sword/claws (Fast attack speed) (Insert appropriate name here)

Attack 1
25dmg (70 DPS) (85-90% Shield penetration)
50% Expose chance
50% Critical chance
+50-75% Critical dmg

Attack 2
35dmg (70 DPS) (85-90% Shield penetration)
50% Expose chance
50% Critical chance
+50-75% Critical dmg

Shuriken (Uses device slot, counts towards set bonus, upto 100 per stack) (Insert appropriate name here)
Range: 30Km
Dmg: 100-200
50% Critical Chance
+50-75% Critical damage

(Insert set name here)
(Set pieces here)
Set 2: Short range teleport (1 minute cooldown)
- 5km Range, appear 1km behind target (Ally or enemy) + 10% stealth, + 10% dmg for 1 hit
Set 3: Stealth (open to suggestions) (3 minute cooldown)
- + 5000 stealth score and cannot be targeted for 45 seconds, + 20% dmg for 1 hit

(No 4 piece bonus as both weapons count individually and together as 1 piece)

The idea is that if you get hit you pay for it but the flip side of this is that any hits you put out are deadly. It is meant to compete with endgame gear and all damage is kinetic.

I am open for suggestions on improvements and piece names

Ok so you made slightly weaker omega set with melee weapons.
It is said the best weapon is one that is never fired. I disagree. The best weapon is one you only have to fire... once.

The Omega force set doesn't give the kind of ninja feel I was looking for, the Omega force set also isn't half as generally deadly.

Like I said, looking for suggestions to improve it

I think we need a new ground set, I'm just not convinced it needs to be a ninja-themed set.

So you want to be able to throw a shuriken 12 miles? Because thats roughly what 20Km converts to...

Try 20 meters... and even that might be high,
