For the Achilles, you'd have x1 Commander Tactical, x1 Lieutenant Engineering, x1 Lieutenant Science, x1 Ensign Universal, and x1 Lt. Commander Universal. Rotate the consoles around like they have done with the Odyssey and Vesta, and you're on to a winner.

In the DS9: Dominion Wars game, the Achilles has some unique torpedoes (can't remember what they're called now). Cryptic could add them too.
