I guess I shall to defer to the superior experience of a person who doesn't use any hull heals that's not on a 3 minute cooldown and never participates with a team in PvP.

Ah, said hazard emitters can be used, that's a 45 second cooldown, for 1v1 situations it really isnt needed though. i find that I'm repeating myself a lot, and you keep ignoring my replies.

You should really join me in a PvP match sometime on a team. Parse yourself against some real competition and see if your DPS and healing still hold up. Heck, I'll even 1v1 you if you prefer. I only want to see you work your builds out. Everything being said here by everyone replying to you is meant to help you get better. Don't ignore the many good suggestions being made. I'm glad that you are considering using at least a Hazard Emitters now. You're making some headway then.

That's fine, but this spec actually does WORK regardless if any of you have suspicions of it being too chance based, that was really the intention of it anyway, if you want to use a standard cookie cutter 3 Aux cannon build with rapid fires and delta, sure. that works wonders as well

Some of the best Vesta pilots you'll see in the PvP queues don't run Aux cannons. You should really try to queue up sometime. I promise you, it will be eye opening.

It was an example of other standard builds.... I am already aware of the other multiple vesta builds. is it in your nature to be so condescending? you presume quite a lot, this spec actually works, a transphasic variant would work too, I was just trying to make use of the new toys that has come with Season 7. and this was from request by some of the people I have 1v1'd with it.

Target shields was ok back in the old days, Target Shields 3 almost op. Then Cryptic changed it to only drain half as much actual subsystem power as all 3 other target powers + some shield regen debuff. How long those shields are gone again depends a lot on the enemies resistances, possible shield batteries, ET, EPtS and such. Another thought I had too. High damage weapons are all targetable on his side. What happens if the enemy has a single TBR or Grav Well, Tykens, PSW, whatever?

Plasma DOTs from 2 torpedoes, even 2 special torpedoes with HY and TS aren't enough. That's quite obvious and that's why you have to dedicate your build to plasma or shield bypassing damage in general.

Build diversity was the contribution, if people want to try it out, it -can- work, you may say it doesn't due to x y and z, but in practice, its had some effect.

I wasn't aware that the projectiles were even destructible, obviously the people I've tested this against didn't bother to shoot them, I've had some devastating 1-2 shots with them though.
