***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Having the same issue, character bios not displaying the majority of the time.

Any fix yet, Cryptic or PWE? Please?!

Blank info cards here for the past 2 days, and if I remember correctlly, today was not a patch just server maintinence...

Still the same problem and as a CoH refugee, being able to write and display my character's background was a big part of why I installed the game in the first place. This might not affect the gameplay, but it's about as basic a problem as it gets, and seeing all these other threads about more serious bugs that have lasted for years isn't encouraging. Until there's some word that it's fixed, I'll just be playing something else.

This is still an issue.

This is still a problem, appears to be related to some sort of server lag. If I wait long enough... (5-10 minutes) the info will eventually appear.
