I have all the items to buy most of the vendor stuff, but I can't buy any. I keep pressing buy, and it won't go through. I've tried even with the ones that require just one of a couple of the holiday items. Help!!

More on the bug, it seems to be only the lobi bought commodities that I can;t use.

I have the same problem.
Interestingly only one of my 3 chars is unable to buy anything, the others have no problem.

Would like to see this fixed since i want the boots and other stuff on all my chars

Same problem here.

Can't purchase the item now. I was able to acquired 4 item + the boot and since 4 days nothing happens.

I select "OK" on the prompt and nothing on my inventory.

I hope a quick fix on this bug since the event end in 1 week

Are you trying to buy a second pair of frosted boots? you can only have one.

Only thing I have bought previously is frosted boots. Put lots of the items into the sb project, which is completed. Had the xmas items in account bank and then moved them to my toon but can't buy any of the costumes even though I have over 20 of each item. Logged out and changed instances etc still nothing.

One bug I had earlier was it showed (in project) as me having 3 bells even though I had none in any bank. I have well over enough bells for a costume.

Given what you've stated, I would guess that you have 3 bells in your overflow bag. Empty out your overflow bag, then try purchasing your costumes.
