I fly an engineer in a fleet Excelsior currently specced up for as much damage output as I can (Around 6k per volley standard up to 9k max) which is fine for PvE and does well in 1 on 1 PvP (With a few exceptions) and sometimes 2v1 but I have been thinking about getting a little more into PvP and was wondering if, where and how I should modify my build for it.
