^ Previous post by me, Sorry Wrong Account ^

I dont even have team viewer or any form of overlay program like that!
I also have a different error code! I really want to know how to fix it because it is really annoying!
Can anyone Help PLZ!

The Error Ticket Id is: 14218062

I have been wanting to play Star Trek Online Again For Ages But everytime i try, I get to the cryptic loading screen and about 23% of the way through loading then the thing crashes with the Cryptic Error Oops!

As soon as I press play, it begins to load and then it crashes.

The error message says: Unable to find patchxfer.log.

Does anyone know what is going on? Please help

Hello lorianreynolds!

Please navigate to the following folder on your harddrive:

C:\Users\Public\Games\Cryptic Studios\Star Trek Online\Live\piggs

Find a file and delete it, any old file will do, but remember the smaller the faster this will go. What you're doing is forcing the patcher to verify and then download the file you deleted including any other file that might be corrupt or otherwise damaged. This should fix your issue but if not, let me know, I'll see what I can dig up.

Been playing since launch.

Thank you. I was receiving the same issue. I exited team viewer and the game launched without problems.
