I find it very annoying. I know what I want to type, I don't need it popping up to offer suggestions all the time, and it gets horribly in the way. I am used to typing and hitting <Enter> to send a message without looking at the chat window, but because of autocomplete, <Enter> doesn't always send the message and I end up being stuck in the chat box.
Is there an answer to this? It's a near-useless "feature" that causes hangups in combat situations... Why the hell would I want to add someone's name to the END of a line of chat that starts with /p ?
