Sadly the foundry does not have tools to allow us to create enemies that have even a fraction of the powers the players have access to. That's where the major issue is. You don't need to snb a target that doesn't even buff itself, you don't need to heal yourself from a target who's damage doesn't out do your own natural regen (one shots aside)

The foundry is a great tool don't get me wrong, but its lacking in areas.

again in php with 5 klingon c-store fully equiped mkXII gear all of us shooting at 1 lil escort retrofit and he used 1 heal to shields for 2 minutes we shot at him and nothing , you guys that have them know there overpowered and say your skilled players BAH maybe its just that you have more free time to grind or more money to put into game ? sure isnt the skill of your builds cause all you do is put all power to speed/weps and minimize everything in shields , does correct in skilled gameplay , i go with hilbert and testing before I'll listen to you bunch of crutch players to win un-honorably nuff said , they need to be fixed or nerfed the hell out of ?)

Well, I was watching my teammate going down in 3 sec even with elite shields on, from a escort alpha... U guys must have been doing something wrong.

The Elite Fleet Shields have an [Adapt] modifier that provides additional shield resists (like the Aegis set does for hull resists). This adaption can stack up to 5. seriously is too much whining... honestly the way you attacked Cryptic is kinda harsh. They have actually been on a roll as of late with the bug fixes so give em a break. People are always gonna find some way to "Break" the game. Honestly, this has been out for months now, surprised the whiners didnt pick this up a long time ago. Depending on your set up you can tank incredibly well with the fleet gear yes, but it isnt as bad as the voldy or reactive shielding. Kirk forbid your almighty build couldnt kill one escort that stumped you in a match so you take it here to complain. Just let them know "Hey you need to check this out", instead of, "Cryptic you suck yet again"

We are trying to bring the PvP Community together for a brighter STO future, not bring it down sheesh.

Yeah it would be nice if the NPCs in this game had a little more Identity... Feels like they are all the same captain just different ships.... No consoles, powers, different shields and sets. Something they should look into in the future, I will ask on the next ask cryptic

2) You cannot "Kirk It" in every ship
3) You are going to die, just get back up

I'm sorry but after one horrible untested blunder after another that is known as "season 7" the small steps they're taking now isn't enough. They're only tackling items that are greatly effecting pvp because its hurting/making pve just as easy.

And now I'm pissed because I just learned those god fracking romulan warbirds you can call in can be called into pvp matches! Way to go cryptic. Make pvp worse yet again.

You wish. The D'deridexes are along the lines of the Fleet Support dreadnoughts in durability... 200k-300k HP and spamming PSW and VM upon arrival.

hm? we had two days ago a little fight against another fleet team, they called twice a deridexe. but they have not been a problem, 2 escorts blasted each one in less then 15 seconds (2 or 3 dhc volleys, one beam overload hit)
a dreadnought is a much tougher target.
but you are right, in pvp the deridex class is a "nice" 10minute npc support ship, thanks to its skills

i cant wait to see a scimitar, or 5 ;..;

Okay, the numbers may have been off, but they're a lot tougher and punchier than your typical photonic fleet-glassjaws. Probably about 60k HP like Sovvy fleet support.

Agree with the Scimitar, though. Calling in a couple of those would just be mean... at least until it cloaks and stays cloaked the rest of the match waiting for "the perfect time to attack" that never comes.
