I was DC and now the launcher is not loading. Someone else has problems?

i have had the same problem,if you reboot your computer,you can login again,thats what i did.and it works.

also if you keep getting the message : "try to luanch server" just rebooting will do the trick

Hi Im not really active on the forums but a friend & i are just coming back to STO

Im a lifer but my friend was sub based he cant get on to his old account has it been deleted due to it being inactive

Did he get his old cryptic account linked to a PW account like you did?

Sounds like he needs to link his cryptic account with a PWE one so that he can log back on again. Not so long ago they did a big switch over.

Hi No he cant & iv even tried for him but it keeps giving him a new account with no chars .

His old login was xxdildoxx but for some reason he can only login with the name uaorbit.
Iv told him he must have used another email addy.
He had at one time 6 chars all maxed + had bought a lot of cstore stuff ,
Iv told him he needs to email cryptic & ask what email addy was used to register the xxdildoxx name & go from there.
