I have a quick question. For some reason my STO launcher won't start sometimes. The icon just bounces on the dock and then stays still. Whenever this happens, I would have to reinstall and that means time and bandwidth wasted. This has happened twice, and this third time I've decided to ask you what is happening.
Do you know what might be the problem and what I can do to fix it without reinstalling the game and redownloading all the patches?
