Actually what you are talking about is a B'rel Torpedo/Mine boat, using the Enhanced Battle Cloak to it's fullest advantage, laying down mines and firing torps with relatively impunity until a Sci Officer catches wind and blows his ass up

What Bespin is doing is the classic BOP Alpha Striker, decloak, destroy the target, and GTFO until he can recloak and go back on the hunt.

That build requires Dual Beam Banks, Dual Heavy Cannons, and/or Torpedoes is some combination.

The cloak is brilliant it is key that 5seconds coming out of cloak needs utilising so the more buffs and Boff skills you can use the better

I use 2 dhc 1dbb and 1 torp that seems to work really well

Although the main thing that can make a bop alpha strike as deadly as some videos going around is practice I was flying around with 4 cannons for a while and getting nowhere until I switched to this setup

Antiproton would be perfect the stronger the crits and the higher the amount the better

If you use TB, you don't need the acc. Def goes to zero in a TB, so you're going to hit and likely crit. If you don't use TB, acc x3 will get you around 75% hits with BO3.

You really don't even need the cannons. I reccomend you don't even fire them until the moment you trigger the BO3. People see cannon fire they tend to react if they are able. By the time they see BO3, they're dead.

Go 3 pc KHG, as you don't need the acc from Omega deflector. You really will like the 3 piece set bonus.

I have noticed many times the BO and HY kill the targets before I even need to fire cannons. Sometimes when after killing a first target, I can use the cannons to attack and help bring down a second target instead of immediatley recloaking, so I am firing at targets sometimes that arent tractored. I notice I can still get enough hits to do decent damage on targets without any acc mods sometimes.

I use the 3pc set sometimes, I like the def bonus and being able to hide while capping for a little while so I may try that again, thanks.

It would if you were a Tac officer and no dbb because it is not needed .Eergy build makes the battle cloak useless because you can't fire you energy weapons under cloak,where did I say buy Tac build I said I would resec if I were you as you have no points in projectile weapons and stealth.It doesn't matter wether you see my build or not I do do extreme amounts of dps with that.

High Crit maybe nice but it is Torps that do the over all damage and if you want damage get dsiruptors but you still need torps.

I don't think you know much about this ship so you need to read up on it and look at other builds.There is no need for the leet speak as that is agiasnt the board rules.

It is just that my main is Fed Tac and Feds make better escorts.
