I'm using the BO layout from this post in my Chimera (and it is fantastic):

The question is, what shields / deflector / engine should I use? I'm coming up on tier 5 in things, and I still have just the default items the ship came with. I have access to any sets received via missions & crafting, but nothing that has to be paid for via Lobi or what have you. Thoughts?
