It's usually *gasp* instant! oh the wonders of the interwebs! only in this case, neither PW or UP seem to know how to use it right! (Special Equipment Pack - Self-Targeting Facepalm)
but seriously, there's usually a little "loading-style" bar, accompanied by a message instructing you to wait whilst the transaction is completed. after that, the funds are there... except right now. now they're in limbo somewhere.
I need to convert some zen to dil to help fund my fleet's T2 Embassy upgrade, which costs 1m...
This isn't helping it get done quickly.
