I must say, as an engy player, I do like these ships coming out with just 1 high end tac slot. Some punch while still retaining main engy capablities.

Apart from the battle cloak, the Jem HEC beats the KDF vet ship hands down I think. Just wish the vet ship had 10 console slots.
