Why? Not all players like to be in a fleet or to play STFs but would like the chance to be able to get an End Game Set that doesn't require these prerequisites (I speak as the fleet leader of SRS so clearly I am thinking of others here not myself as I already have all the STF gear)

I believe it should be on a par with these end sets, perhaps give it something that exceeds the end sets like +20 weapon power whilst keeping shield capacity lower, just an example but something uniquely different that makes people say "hey you know what that could be pretty interesting to try"

Jem Hadar ships are all about combat, the capacity and regen on the current sets is laughable, there is no way an escort would go into combat with such tissue paper thin shields, so this needs a very serious improvement to make it viable. Personally I fly a bug, I use polarons because i like to keep it canon, I would love to be able to remove my end game MACO/BORG gear and replace it with this for PvE and PvP but it simply isn't possible at the moment.
