Because of the new depression aroused by the introduction of a new Lock box (I said it), I have decided to host a party in the Fed Shipyards subforum. Here, you can stat a ship that has not already been statted as a playable starship, and no matter how OP, underwhelming or just plain crazy it is, we'll accept it! Multiple takes on each vessel is permitted!

It is said the best weapon is one that is never fired. I disagree. The best weapon is one you only have to fire... once.

Ability 1 - Reflex phaser cannon - CD, 10 mins, charge time, 10 seconds (during which the shield modifier drops to 0.2); 90 degree range, target range 15km, beam range - map (capable of friendly fire)
A massive volley of BO5 graded energy blasts akin to Donatras thalaron blast

Ability 2 - Point Defence - a single 200,000 shield barrier that can block one attack/area every 15 seconds


Console - Sharon Apple AI - The singer ressurected, using holotechnology, the Megaroad can project a storm attacker sized Sharon into space, setting up a placate proc of 5% per 5 seconds for the duration of her three minute performance to all enemies while adding a 5% damage buff to all allies at the same proc rate

There is however a .5% chance per 30 seconds of Sharon taking over your pets, setting them to enemy status and attacking all at random

Pets: VF1 valkyrie, 3 per wing, maximum of six - quantum torps, phaser heavy cannon, phaser turret
Skill - CrF3, turret only CsV2, 35sec respawn

There would be both a 2pc and 3pc set bonus for using the Breen secondary set (will have to think about that one). There would be a restriction, though - you can only use 3 of the four consoles. You could run the Breen Cloak, Breen Energy Dissipator, and Breen Cryo-Gas or the Breen Energy Dissipator, Breen Cryo-Gas, and Breen BioEngineering... basically, you can't use the Breen Cloak and Breen BioEngineering on the same ship. Also, use of the Breen Cloak applies a negative modifier to hull and shields.

There would also be the Mk XII Breen Set that folks could complain about of course.

How about adding Breen Cryo Torps into the mix - similar to Plasma in applying a DoT, but it being a small recharge debuff DoT along the lines of the Breen Cryo-Gas...hrmmm?

Given that the Breen used Disruptors but also knocked out systems - would it be wrong to introduce more Phased Disruptor weapons ala the Spiral Wave Disruptors? Spiral Wave Disruptor DHCs, eh?

how about a Krenium Time Ship

give it the same hull as a Uni-matrix Vessel (I have no idea how much it is but they damn tough)

give a temporal lance that causes a time incursion which temporarily reduces your character/ship back to a lower tier ei. VAdml -> Cmdr including powers and the look of your ship.

weapons fit Kremiun Choniton Torps and Temporal Disruptors

3 forward
3 aft
2 beam (beams only)

remember this things huge so the turn rate is uber crap - hence the midships weapons

2 hangers
- heavy assault fighters (cross between Delta- Runabout)
- krenium corvette

The Doomsday Machine:

Special ability - antiproton blast: Deals 50,000 AP damage in a wide blast. 10 second activate, 30 second cooldown.

Comes with [Console - Engineering - Neutronium Hull Plating] that can only be used on the DDM. Makes you impenetrable to all damage except Hargh'peng torpedo impacts directly into the firing end.
