I personally don't plan to get it at all, I love my Kar'Fi and my new Mirror Vo'Quv and I wouldn't fly this at all.

Shame it is the way it is, I rarely use engineering powers and I find the BOFF set-up a major incentive not to get the ship.
That does seem to fit the general Carrier play more.

Its a Jem'hadar ship, of course its tac focused, these guys like to fly thier ships into other ships!

I find this funny as my first thought was that the JHEC and JDC seemed over powered to me.

commander tactical

lets what would usefull for a carrier with commander tactical..

rank 1 power Tactical Team... humm This is kinda amust have power..
rank 2 power I'd go for either a cannon or a beam power option here
rank 3 power more cannon or beam power here.. all repends on how you want to arm her up ya know..
rank 4 Power If'n you ain't stick'n Omega in this slot you be crazy!!!!

do some folk not realize that a number od TAC BOFF powers are rather defensive and remove buffs, enhance manuverability etc?

really people!

The dreadnought is great for Feds!

Heavy escort fill a hole in the klink faction.

I like the dread boffs better than the escort! For the escort, ideas are needed for lt comm eng and lt eng boff slots.

Currently...I am running two copies of EPtS1, two copies of RSP1, and one aux2batt.

If I am not careful...I run out of shield heals when I need them.

Not much experience with eng boff skills.

Suggestions are welcome!

1 cutting beam

Tactical team 1
Attack Pattern Beta 1
Cannon Scatter 2
Cannon Rapidfire 3

Tactical team 1
Attack Pattern Beta 1

Emergency power to weapons 1
Auxiliary to structural 1
Emergency power to shields 3

Polarize hull 1
Transfer shield strength 2

Average damage per second output during tested runs of ISE: Between 8089 and 8857

This thing is a monster.

Just because a ship can equip cannons, doesn't mean that it is the primary source of DPS for that ship.
