Instead of AP, I'd recommend going either Polarized Disruptor or Phased Polaron(However, currently, Phased Polaron is expensive as all sin). I have used both and love them both. Though my Kar'Fi does use Fleet AP arrays, gotta keep up with the fact the Fekkies use AP. However, the PD and PP Mk XII weapons are level 45+.

For now I'm going to stick with AP. I'll worry about the expensive stuff once I make VA.
