Hello Captains!

While Holodeck is down for maintenance this morning, we're going to be running a few tests that may affect your connection to the launcher. If you would like to help, please try connecting to the launcher as often as you'd like. If you notice any issue, please report about it in this thread and include a tracert for launcher.startrekonline.com and accounts.crypticstudios.com (instructions on this process is here).

Our ETA for completion is at the same time Holodeck maintenance is complete. These tests will provide important information to our Engineers and external routing vendor so we can help put a solution in place to ensure outages like those that happened earlier in the week are much less likely to happen.
