Incorrect. 99% of the rest of the world live by their local time (zone) Only people who give a putz about it are people who continously interact across multiple timezones such as international corporate communications or military interactions (much the same).
I continually work across time zones and still don't care about it. Not when you can just type "time in <location>" into google and it tells you exactly what time it is there lol
