***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
  • Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message

Anyone experiencing problems with really long loading screens when respawning
in the Big Dig , I find I'm often stuck behind loading screens for two or more minutes some times and not getting as much game play, it seems to be the only game I have had this issue with in STO

I can't even get into Big Dig. When the window pops up to start, the timer is already at 0. When I click engage, it says I am not in the que.
