I just didn't want to make the mistake of deleting a ship that I would have to rebuy later if I wanted it back.

If they want to use the nonrecoverable from cstore policy, then they need to supply more slots instead of making us delete stuff we have paid for.

Dismissing your C-store ships isn't a major deal. But now we got all these Lockbox Ships, Lobi Ships, Fleet ships, and Unique Free ships, decomissioning isn't an option anymore.

Maybe give us the option to stuff our ships back in their boxes, so we could store them in out inventory? Or have a special tab in the C-store that allows you to resummon them after you unlocked with your purchase?

I finally played the mission and got my 2x requisition packs. I will never fly these ugly tug boats so I simply discarded them. Don't know at all the fuss is about and why players wanted the Ambassador.

By more Characters, that's what I do, that way I can have eng heavy ships on my eng, Escorts on my tacts (yes tacts, i have too many escorts lol. Name one, I have it ), and Sci ships on my sci.

It is all about personal choice. I personally like the Ambassador. There are other ships in the game that I do not see why others like them so much but, that is their choice and I do not criticize them.

Yep, and once a player has 30 ships they cannot dismiss/recall...which at this rate, doesn't seem as far off as it once did.

dismiss an old c-store ship that you don't use and ABRACADABRA, problem solved

Ships are great inventory slots for weapons sets like phaser builds, polaron build etc and also set like omega, maco and borg copies..

Buying more characters and having them go through the reputation is not an option any more with the way things are.

As for getting rid of older and lower tier ships, I too like maxing them out and reusing them for special missions and PvPs. Why should I have to get rid of a ship I used at a lower tier because I am a high ranking admiral? If I should just get rid of my lower tier ships to make space for the higher tier ones, why even own the Constitution or NX-class?

Cryptic needs to deal with the issue of slots available for the users, whether it is ship, bank, or inventory slots. The more content they put out there, the more space we--the user--need. And if they are going to limit us, then what's the point of spending real money on Zen?
