Which implies that it's not intended to be that good if all of the rest of the Dil Store sellbacks are 40% and therefore not working as intended.

So don't be surprised if a future patch sets it even with all of the rest.

I havent been here long, but what I have seen is that the vendor who sells an item type will pay 50% for it, everybody else pays 40%. During my rank missions, I recycle most stuff while I'm in space, but keep ship equipment for resale to the vendor.

After seeing if it's something another toon could use or not, this is what I do. But even then if the gear isn't desired, it's going to get sent back to you after it expires and your purple whatsits will be in the vendor anyway.
