# 1 Star Trek Store (Not C-Store)
02-02-2013, 06:45 AM
Good Morning Fellow Officers,

I need your assistance. I placed an order from the Star Trek Store, not the C-Store back in October 2012. They have since changed the ownership or something and their phone number is no longer valid, and they do not respond to emails. Does anyone have a good phone number for the Star Trek Store so I can attempt to either get my money back or receive the goods that were already paid for? The phone number: 1-866-375-8735 and the email: StarTrekStore@ordering.com are no longer valid. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is not. I am simply asking for assistance from other gamers who may have purchased from the Star Trek Store.

Could you provide the web address of the site?

If its "store.startrek.com" then you should know my AV flagged it as an untrusted site and wouldn't let me navigate there. That site may be fraudulent.

And this is why you use Amazon.com..........

If you paid by paypal or credit card contact them or your bank. In the UK we would also consult the trading standards institute so maybe your equivalent body might be of assistance. If none of them can help then I'm sorry but you just got swindled =(
