A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
We are now headed into Year 4 of Star Trek Online's existence, and this bug CONTINUES to plague us. The issue is that the ability trays constantly get filled up with various abilities, whether it be player abilities, or your equipped weapons. This happens randomly at map transitions, and it's extremely annoying.
"Locking" the power trays should do exactly that, but it doesn't. An ETA on a fix perhaps?
