Sons of Numenor is a casual guild of mature, friendly, and fun players who have added Star Trek Online to the games we enjoy playing.

Sons of Numenor (SoN) was founded in 2008, on the Landroval server of The Lord of the Rings Online (LOTRO.) We are a group of people who enjoy each others company, the games we play, and the qualities that have come to define our guild from our home in LOTRO to those growing in MMOs beyond.
Joining a guild is about finding the right fit and enjoying the game you play. We enjoy all play styles in MMORPGs, from light and heavy RP, casual raiding, questing, sponsoring activities and events, and much more. Yet you are not obligated to RP or raid. How you choose to play is your choice. Likewise we maintain a casual approach and do not have any minimum playtime requirements. Our guild values the people over the time or level you are able to play. You will find folks to be mature, friendly and our community to be drama free. What we do require is that you respect your fellow member?s choice in play styles and reflect the qualities that we value in being mature and friendly among all players in-game.
Membership in Sons of Numenor extends across all the games we play. You have no obligation to play any game besides what you join us for, but you are welcome in any and all games at anytime. We do not kick members out of our guild for inactivity, even if that extends several years. Real-life happens. Kids are born. Jobs change. And in our early years more than a few of our members were called to active duty or deployments with the American, Canadian, and British armed forces. Among our earliest traditions is that of not kicking members simply because they can?t be with us in-game. We have had members return after three and four years, to find their characters and membership active and waiting for them.
We make extensive use of our website, as you can see by visiting us here. Joining this website is the only standing requirement, because it is through this site we are able to keep even our inactive members in touch. We offer the use of a Teamspeak3 server, although voice chat is not required at all. The Teamspeak3 server allows you to text chat and is also a great way to contact officers or members if you are seeking fellowship in other games. We also offer a free smartphone app for iPhone and Android as another way to keep up-to-date. Between all our resources, you can always be close to your friends and in-game communities, no matter how much or little time you have!
Our membership stretches across all times zones globally, and we are aggressively pressing to build a base of players anywhere somebody logs into a game as a member of Sons of Numenor. We are always looking to add a few more people, if you are a good fit for Sons of Numenor, we welcome friends that are the same!

Is it possible that i can have a small task as a officier in the fleet? A diplomat or somebody who arranges the upgrades in the fleet? That would be awesome!
