I'm not going to waste your time with flowery, shiny nonsense, so here we go.

First I must say that I know exactly where you're coming from when you talk about RL priorities, because I have them. I am currently deployed with the US Army and still command Bloodmoon, although members are aware that my absences can be frequent.

Also, you say you need help in understanding your ship, hotkeys, and outfitting. In Bloodmoon, we've got captains that are very people-oriented and can help teach you. We also have captains who are very skilled in outfitting both your ship and personnel with equipment that complements your style.
