i'm not sure, anytime i fire this thing it's like it's just set out to disappoint me. I mean even if it hits 1/100 of a sheild it will do around 989 damage to the enemy at hand or maybe it does that for hust me since no matter how man times I strip an enemies sheilds and I follow this thing to my target it never hits the gate or the tac cube for more then 1k damage amd i;m like "Hmm I didn't even know the gate had shields... sad." Personally I think a HY Tric is far far far far far far better.

They need to make this thing better if you have to pay c points to get it. it's just god awful. I don't mind if they make this and trics stronger to make it into the one hit one kill weapons they should be. And players who complain about it should just go sit somewhere quietly in a corner and contemplate their existence. If you are killed by one of these things in pvp with the affluence of skills like Bfaw, Scatter, Spread, Fighters so on and so forth you absolutely deserved to die.

And what irks me most about this game is this mediocre Balance Koombaiya hippie crap players are ranting about and cryptic is listening to like the stone cold fools they are. How ships should be balanced and each should have a chance against each other. That is the most asinine thing i ever heard. That's like saying a third world country should have first world advances in their military because it make it fair. Lifes not fair. Our most advanced ships or atleast the most advanced in their description cannot hold a candle to original ships that should be less powerful then them. I can kill an oddy in seconds and a chimera with a patrol escort using beams.... that's horrible... just... horrible.

I would rather have op ships on both sides of the gauntlet throwing down the pain and making it exciting instead of these new Driving miss daisy watered down weapons, armor, and ships we've been getting.... hmmm i think i went on a rant there... my bad.

Federation can get it for pocket change off the exchange.

Just a FYI, there is a display bug with the bioneural when it impacts a shielded target, it fails to report the real damage. Go to your combat log and you will see that it did a LOT more than 989 damage.

The 989 is the actual warhead exploding the damage it actually does normally disappears before you see it
