So im making my second klingon, she is now lvl 29. what i dont understand is why i have only 4 boff slots, yet a vandal destroyer that takes 5 boffs? i do not have any open slots in my menu saying "No bridge officer" or whatever. am i bugged? why is this toon limited to 4 boffs?
i also just bought an efficient lethean that i cant use cause, theres no room lol
