Does anyone know if the 3-piece Jem'Hadar set enhancement, Victory is Life, will work on the Jem'Hadar Heavy Escort Carrier?

I'm already using the impulse engines and the shields and I'm about to go get the deflector.

yeah works with the galor, bug, jem dreadnaught and jem escort carrier.. so it says anyway.

it appears on the mouseover of your weapons but i've never actually seen it work

I'm surprised Victory-Is-Life does not work on Breen ships even though they were part of the Dominion in the Alpha Quadrant.

They were not a part of the Dominion.

The Breen and Cardassians both joined the Dominion Alliance in the Alpha Quadrant during the Dominion War. However, only the Cardassian Galor gets the benefits of Victory-Is-Life in STO.

can anyone even confirm they've seen it working? i never see it working in stf's. never does anything to buffs on cubes and what not. only threads i can find are old, saying it does not work at all.

just because it appears on the weapon when you mouseover it does not mean it's working. case in point the doff that is a 100% chance to summon an extra turret for engineers....i've gone full ground stf's with it never summoning the three, and others where it summoned the 3 about 20% of the time.

The SNB doffs do not work either.

I did a lot of testing -- yes, SNB DOFF's work, but their 1% trigger rate makes their proc fairly rare. It took 5 minutes of non-stop CRF firing from my ship before we observed 1 SNB-proc actually happen. After posting the latter, I noticed a lot of Exchange Subnuc DOFF's price-crash from 15+mil down to 2mil.
