Is this the confirmed first (no pun intended) fleet to reach Tier V?

I ask because our upgrade project completes in 8 days and I didn't realize we were actually part of the first group of fleets to get that far. For some reason I thought several fleets had already finished Tier V.

as far as i know your fleet will be 3rd one on the feds side. congratulations

Gratz on tier 5

As far as I know there aren't any tier 5 KDF fleets yet. There are a select few fleets on KDF side that have tier 4 starbases though. My best guess is since KDF population is so much lower its going to take around 6+ months before you will see any tier 5 KDF starbases (IMO with lower population the way the faction is they shouldn't require as much as feds to get there).
