I'm playing on a Federation Tactical character with a C-Store Heavy Escort Carrier. I have 2 open BOFF slots.
I'm trying to buy a Bridge Officer with the "Efficient" trait from the Exchange, but every time I do this it won't complete. The entry erases and brings up the next cheapest BOFF.
When I try to hit "Search" again, thinking it was bought or taken off the Exchange, the listing I was trying to buy from pops up again.
Is this a known bug, or am I doing something wrong?
