Hey there STO...

I was wondering how to get that awesome slipstream engines that I notice some of the players got...

BTW, I wish I could see some more familiar characters around. Fancy Seven of nine in-game

Once you reach Vice Admiral and spend all your skill points, it will be added to your toolbar.
